Bio


Lynn Osgood is an Assistant Instructor and Doctoral Candidate in Community and Regional Planning at the University of Texas at Austin. Her research focuses on the different policy and participation techniques that can be used for the creation of public spaces. She is a trained landscape designer and urban planner and currently sits on the board of the Austin Parks and Recreation Department. In late 2011 she co-coordinated the National Endowment for the ArtsĀ  "Your Town: Citizen's Institute on Rural Design" community workshop for Mart, Texas.
